Today was a hard freakin camp. I ate like crap this weekend and I sure felt it during bodyweight conditioning🥴 BUT, I still showed up. I still honored my body and gave it the much needed 45 mins of self care it needed. I didn’t look at a weekend of bad eating and think “welp, there goes all my hard work”. One weekend doesn’t define my wellness journey and it doesn’t define yours either🫶🏼

Not only did I show up for myself when I didn’t want to, I did my first ever plyo surrender squat🙌🏼 Shoutout to @fitfisch at @burnbootcamplacrossesouth for challenging me to try it because I would have never done it on my own! Just another reason I love Burn💙🔥
